Hi, I'm Kara Karman

As a Certified Life Coach specializing in women's mindset and confidence, I’ve been coaching for some time now. I’ve discovered that I work best with women who haven’t yet seen themselves in the light I know they can shine in.

As a mother, I cherished my role at home, but I knew there was more waiting for me beyond those walls. One evening, over dinner with an old friend, I nervously confided my dream of becoming a life coach. Her encouraging words ignited a spark within me—a spark that would lead to a transformative journey.

Googling through the night, fueled by determination, I researched life coaching schools. Self-doubt lingered, but I told myself that even if people laughed, I’d gain valuable life skills. And so, I immersed myself in the coursework, envisioning myself as a coach who could make a difference.

I went on to get certified yet, imposter syndrome persisted. I considered coaching for others, believing that external validation would suffice. But deep down, I wanted to be the brand—to step into my own power. Through reframing and coaching, I discovered my inner strength. With newfound confidence, I founded my coaching company.

 

Now, my mission is clear: to empower other women, just as I empowered myself. I’ve walked the path from self-doubt to self-belief, and I’m here to guide you toward your own transformation. Now let's get you what you need- CONFIDENCE.
